Where: Downtown Saratoga Springs Take #450 bus to Broadway and Division Street stop and use CDTA app to help! That bus only comes 1 time every hour so be alert.
When: Sunday, December 5th 12-4pm
Cost: I suggest you bring at least $20 in case you want to buy lunch or from vendors.
