CareerNext supports students attending SUNY Cobleskill and Hudson Valley Community College, and through CareerNext CHOICE, students at any other college or university in the U.S.
Please note: Students must apply and be accepted both to the college of their choice and CareerNext.
During the application process, you will be asked to supply the following documents:
- High School IEP or 504 – if applicable
- Most recent psychological testing – if applicable
- High school transcript
- College transcript (if prior credits have been earned)
