Our coaches create a super positive experience for ninjas of all levels and abilities. We have something for everyone. \nWhere: 161 Washington Ave Ext.\, Albany in Crossgates Commons     Take #905 bus from Gateway Plaza to Quail Station – Central Ave and Quail Street\, then walk 3 minutes to Washington Ave and Quail Street and take #12 bus to Crossgates Commons\, then walk 3 minutes to Albany Ninja Lab. This is a complicated route\, so use Google Maps for step-by-step directions! \nWhen: Tuesdays\, 6:30pm-8:15pm \nCost: $30\, so bring $40 or more just in case! \nRestrictions: Unknown COVID-19 restrictions\, but must wear clean sneakers.
